Fundraiser / Art Show at Shade Tree Academy Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
At the ribbon cutting ceremony held at ASA Now for their expansion into the creation of the Shade Tree Academy, EaselArts Inc. presented a check of $25,000 for “Fostering Creativity for Foster Children.” I also had a chance to speak at the event along with displaying student artwork. VFW Patriotic Art Contest 2021
I was awarded first place (along with the cash prize) for my piece “Code Talkers” at the Apache Junction VFW post. This piece displayed the hard work and efforts of Navajo code talkers during World War II, honoring them for their dedication and service.
Art One Gallery
Artwork featured and sold at the Art One Gallery in Scottsdale, AZ, a gallery that represents students and local artists in Arizona. To find my art visit Art One Gallery’s website. The gallery provides a safe space for students and up-and-coming local artists to freely express their art to gain experience within the industry, have worked directly with high school and college art students as well as hundreds of other artists throughout Arizona.
Congressional Art Competition 2021
I was awarded first place for my art work, “A Map of my Face,” inspired by farmer riots that went on in India at that time. The piece went onto nationals to be displayed at U.S. Capitol Building. Congressman Andy Biggs is always present at these ceremonies and he is a big proponent of Art and Artists.
An art competition to showcase the talents of our nation’s young artists. Each spring, thousands of high school students from around the country participate for the opportunity to have their work displayed prominently in the tunnels and walkways of the U.S. Capitol Building.
Chandler Museum
The Chandler Museum is a cultural destination unlike any other with engaging, community-focused programs and forums, as well as world-class traveling exhibits. Over the last 3 years my art pieces was showcased at the Museum.
Court Artist Contest 2021
I was awarded first place in state for court artists drawing, done throughout the mock trial competition which was held online this year. In addition, I was placed 8th in the National Court Artists’ contest.
The Courtroom Artist Contest is a competition that allows artistically talented students the opportunity to participate in the Mock Trial Program. Contestants will attend with their state team and create a drawing of the courtroom scene during their team's Round 3 trial.
Chandler Center for the Arts Youth Arts Committee
I was selected as a member of the youth art council for the city of Chandler. Youth Arts Council (YAC) focus on arts appreciation, community service, and leadership skills in order to learn what it means to be an advocate for the arts and a well-rounded community leader. During my tenure as a member of YAC , I participated in workshops, discussions and speaking engagements with the acclaimed artist on such topics as artistic expression, community service, arts leadership and advocacy.
Scholastic Art & Writing Awards
It is the nation’s longest-running, most prestigious recognition program for creative teens, which inspires bold ideas in creative teens throughout the country. I was awarded one gold key, two silver keys, and two honorable mentions for my artwork in 2021.
Celebrating Arts 2020
Celebrating Arts helps students to have an outlet for their art with a professional publication. Our art contests are open to the U.S. and are broken down by grade divisions. I was awarded high merit this year in the Celebrating Arts Contest.
Congressional Art Competition 2020
I was given special recognition in the Congressional Art Contest this year. Unfortunately due to COVID-19, art work could not be displayed at Chandler Art Museum.
Arizona Court Artist Competition
By attending as the court artist for BASIS Chandler’s mock trial and drawing the court rooms during the trials, I was awards State champion and Region III winner.

Logo for Ink and Feather
Ink and Feather is a newer magazine that covers art and literature, bringing recognition to our youth. Initially my art was featured in the magazine, and later on Lysa Cohen, the mastermind behind the magazine, gave me the amazing opportunity to design their logo.
NYU Art Intensive Program
I was selected as one of the 40 students in the NYU Summer Art intensive Program focusing on the visual arts. Located in NYU's internationally recognized Art and Art Professions Department, this 4-week program is designed to provide students interested in the broad scope of art an introduction to the experience of being an art student at a prestigious New York City institution.
